We'd like to apologize for a technical problem that you may be experiencing with the registration system. As soon as the issue came to our attention our registration team got on to fixing it as quickly as possible.
If you are facing any of these issues:
- unable to make a credit card payment
- items in your confirmation email not accurately reflecting what you booked in the system
- unsure how to present proof of payment via bank transfer
please write to bipam.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Registration Issue", using the email you registered for BIPAM Pass, and our team will assist you immediately. In the meantime, rest assured that your submitted registration has been sent to us and we have you on our list! Once again please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Feel free to write to us any time at bipam.contact@gmail.com, or come to the BIPAM Help Desk on 4th Floor of Bangkok Art and Culture Centre between 10:00 and 17:00 from October 16th and we'll be happy to make things right in person.
