Things might feel hopeless. Are you still all right?
Reignite creativity and rekindle connections with BIPAM2021 (Bangkok International Performing Art Meeting 2021) during the COVID-19 pandemic from 1-5 September 2021.
All selected showcases from Thai and international artists will be performed via online platforms. Open up new perspectives and access the performances no matter where you live in the world. The festival also offers opportunities for Thai and other Southeast Asian and international artists to meet, as well as opportunities for the world to get better acquainted with Southeast Asia.
This year, BIPAM2021 will take you to explore the theme of ‘ownership’, and start a dialogue about things around us like identity, body, gender, creative works, asset, opinion, perspective, and history.
Can we own anything when things seem hopeless?
Can we reconstruct our own broken pieces, both physically and mentally?
Can we pursue our goals in a better direction?
6 performance showcases, 8 talk topics, networking sessions, and many more special events are waiting for you to watch, talk, share, listen and recharge with contemporary performing artists, curators, producers, arts academics, and managers worldwide and other audiences.
BIPAM2021 is organized in collaboration with our strategic partners, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and Contemporary Arts & Culture Industry Promotion Trade Association - Thailand (CAPT).

เตรียมพบกับ BIPAM2021 เทศกาลศิลปะการแสดงร่วมสมัยนานาชาติ 2021 (Bangkok International Performing Art Meeting 2021) ที่พร้อมกลับมาเติมพลังความคิด รวมมิตรคนสร้างสรรค์อีกครั้ง อย่างไม่หยุดยั้งแม้มีสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1-5 กันยายน 2564 นี้
ด้วยการแสดงคัดสรรจากศิลปินไทยและศิลปินนานาชาติ ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ให้ทุกคนเปิดมุมมองใหม่ และเข้าถึงได้ ไม่ว่าจะอยู่มุมไหนของโลก สร้างโอกาสในอนาคตให้ศิลปินไทยได้เจอกับศิลปินอาเซียนและโลก รวมถึงให้โลกได้ทำความรู้จักกับอาเซียนมากขึ้น
BIPAM2021 ในปีนี้ จะพาทุกท่านเข้าไปสำรวจเรื่องความเป็นเจ้าของ ผ่านธีม OWNERSHIP และเปิดบทสนทนาต่อสิ่งต่าง ๆ รอบตัว ทั้งตัวตน ร่างกาย เพศสภาวะ ผลงาน ทรัพย์สิน ความคิดเห็น การมองโลก กระทั่งประวัติศาสตร์
ในช่วงเวลาที่ไร้ความหวังนี้ เราสามารถยึดโยงสิ่งใดไว้กับตัวเราได้บ้าง? ในช่วงเวลาที่หลายสิ่งหลายอย่างในตัวเราแตกสลาย เราจะประกอบสร้างตัวตนและจิตใจของเราให้กลับมามีพลังสร้างสรรค์อีกครั้งได้อย่างไรบ้าง? และเราจะสามารถกำหนดมันให้ไปในทิศทางที่ใฝ่ฝันถึงได้ดีกว่าเดิมหรือไม่?

BIPAM2021 ครั้งนี้ จัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (TCEB) และสมาคมการค้าส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมศิลปวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย (CAPT)
