Sasapin Siriwanij
Artistic Director
Sasapin Siriwanij is a performer, director, and producer. She began acting in 2005 while studying at Chulalongkorn University, where she received her M.A and B.A in English Literature. She has been a core member of B-Floor Theatre since 2009, and co-founder of For What Theatre since 2015. Her latest work OH! ODE" (Oh! What Joy, What Goodness, What Beauty Calls For Ode No.7012) in 2017 won her Best Performance by a Female Artist by the Theater Critics Association Thailand (IATC 2017). She was among the scholars of the Internationales Forum at the Theatertreffen, Berliner Festspiele 2017, and was a participant in the first-ever Curators' Academy by Theatreworks (Singapore).
ศศพินทุ์ ศิริวาณิชย์ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและโทสาขาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เริ่มเป็นนักแสดงตั้งแต่ปี 2005 เคยร่วมงานกับกลุ่มละครหลากหลายจนได้มาฝึกฝนการแสดงแบบฟิสิคัลเธียเตอร์กับกลุ่มบีฟลอร์เธียเตอร์ จนได้เป็นสมาชิกหลักของกลุ่มบีฟลอร์ในปี 2009 และร่วมแสดงในโปรดักชั่นต่างๆทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เธอเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ผลงานของตัวเองตั้งแต่ปี 2013 และร่วมก่อตั้ง For What Theatre ในปี 2015 ศศพินทุ์ยังเป็นอาจารย์พิเศษด้านการแสดงที่เน้นการใช้ร่างกายเป็นหลัก รวมถึงเข้าร่วมการประชุมและเทศกาลการแสดงในประเทศต่างๆ ในฐานะศิลปินและผู้จัดการด้านศิลปะการแสดง ล่าสุดเธอได้รับรางวัลการแสดงยอดเยี่ยมโดยศิลปินหญิงปี 2017 โดยชมรมวิจารณ์ศิลปะการแสดง (IATC)
Siree Riewpaiboon
Assistant Artistic Director
Siree Riewpaiboon is a performer, interpreter, performing arts manager and producer. With her background in Japanese language and theatre, she started out her career in coordinating international performing art projects. Siree’s past works include her position as a Program Officer at the Japan Foundation, Bangkok (2016 – 2019), a co-producer for Life|Performance Festival (2019 – 2020), and translation, management, and coordination for many more projects. She is currently the Assistant Artistic Director for BIPAM (Bangkok International Performing Arts Meeting) and one of the assistant directors and core creative producers for Prayoon for Art (which includes the position of a producer in Loei Art Fes (LAF) while pursuing her academic achievements as a PhD student at Graduate School of Design, Kyushu University.
สิรี ริ้วไพบูลย์ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากภาควิชาภาษาตะวันออก เอกภาษาญี่ปุ่น คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และระดับโทจากภาควิชาศิลปการละคร ของสถาบันเดียวกัน มีความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งด้านการประสานงานและอำนวยการกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ระหว่างศิลปินไทยและ ต่างประเทศจากประสบการณ์ในฐานะล่ามและนักประสานงานอิสระ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งงานด้านศิลปะการแสดงและงานศิลปะข้ามแขนง เคยคำรงตำแหน่ง Program Officer ของเจแปนฟาวน์เดชั่น กรุงเทพฯ(2016-2019) และเป็นหนึ่งในโปรดิวเซอร์ของเทศกาลศิลปะ Life|Performance (2019-2020) ปัจจุบันทำงานเป็นนักจัดการศิลปะอิสระ และดำรงตำแหน่ง Assistant Artistic Director ของการประชุมศิลปะการแสดงนานาชาติแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (Bangkok International Performing Arts Meeting – BIPAM) และทีมสร้างสรรค์โครงการของมูลนิธิประยูรเพื่อศิลปะ ซึ่งรวมไปถึงการเป็นหนึ่งในโปรดิวเซอร์ของเทศกาลศิลปะเลยอาร์ตเฟส (Loei Art Fes- LAF) ในระหว่างศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก ณ Graduate School of Design มหาวิทยาลัยคิวชู
Varissara Borkird
Executive Director
Varissara is an independent arts manager with a broad interest in contemporary art fields. She holds an MBA in Social Design Studies from Rikkyo University, Japan. Before transitioning to the arts sector, she worked in business development for two years. She then joined the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) as a foundation officer, focusing on sponsorship and fundraising until the end of 2019. In 2020, she became a core team member of the Bangkok International Performing Arts Meeting (BIPAM). Currently, Varissara serves as BIPAM's Executive Director while also working as a Project Manager for the Bangkok International Children’s Theatre Festival (BICT Fest).
วริศราเป็นนักบริหารจัดการศิลปะอิสระ มีความสนใจศิลปะร่วมสมัยหลากหลายแขนง เธอสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทสาขาการออกแบบเพื่อสังคม (MBA in Social Design Studies) จากมหาวิทยาลัยริคเคียว ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ก่อนเข้าสู่วงการศิลปะ เธอเคยทำงานในด้านพัฒนาธุรกิจเป็นเวลา 2 ปี จากนั้น เข้าร่วมทำงานที่หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (BACC) ในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิ แผนกระดมทุนจนถึงสิ้นปี 2019
ในปี 2020 วริศราได้เข้าร่วมเป็นทีมงานหลักของ Bangkok International Performing Arts Meeting (BIPAM) ปัจจุบันเธอดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการบริหารของ BIPAM พร้อมทั้งทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโครงการของ Bangkok International Children’s Theatre Festival (BICT Fest) อีกด้วย
Peangdao Jariyapun

Peangdao Jariyapun is a producer, researcher, and actress with an M.A. in Dramatic Arts from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. A key member of BIPAM and co-founder of the Thai Theatre Foundation, she supports the local theatre community through research, productions, festivals, and advocacy, focusing on audience development and improving art accessibility. Passionate about connecting art, community, and policymakers, Peangdao also teaches theatre and arts management at universities. Alongside her management work, she has acted in film, TV, and theatre.
เพียงดาว จริยะพันธุ์ เป็นโปรดิวเซอร์ นักวิจัย และนักแสดง สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาศิลปการละครจากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพียงดาวเป็นสมาชิกประจำของ Bangkok International Performing Arts Meeting (BIPAM) และเป็นผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งไทยเธียเตอร์ ฟาวน์เดชั่น เธอมุ่งมั่นสนับสนุนชุมชนละครผ่านหลากหลายผลงานไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านงานวิจัย ผลงานสร้างสรรค์ เทศกาล และการผลักดันนโยบาย มีความสนใจด้านการพัฒนาผู้ชมและการเพิ่มการเข้าถึงงานศิลปะ นอกจากนี้ เธอยังเป็นอาจารย์พิเศษเกี่ยวกับการละครและการบริหารจัดการศิลปะ และยังมีผลงานการแสดงทั้งในภาพยนตร์ โทรทัศน์ และละครเวทีอีกด้วย
Kuntara Chaicharn
Head of Operation
Kuntra Chaiyachan graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Artsin Theatre Program, Thammasat University. She started her job at one of the largest event organizer agency in Thailand. She later earned her master's degree in Dramatic Arts from the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University. With her experiences in events agency, Kuntra has expertise in project administration and management, coordination and production management. However, being a performer on the stage is still one of the things she loves the most. Currently, Kuntara is a project manager at BIPAM and continues to work in project management for both commercial and cultural arts projects, alongside her work as a performer.
กุนทรา ไชยชาญ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากคณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาการละคอน จากมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ หลังจากนั้นได้เริ่มทำงานด้านการจัดงานอีเวนท์กับหนึ่งในบริษัทออแกไนเซอร์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย ต่อมาจึงได้เข้าศึกษาต่อและจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทจากภาควิชาศิลปการละคร คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จากประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ผ่านมาทำให้กุนทราเชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการ ประสานงาน จัดการโครงการและอำนวยการผลิต อย่างไรก็ตามการแสดงยังคงเป็นสิ่งที่เธอเชี่ยวชาญและรักมากที่สุดด้วยเช่นกัน ปัจจุบันกุนทราดำรงตำแหน่งหัวหน้าปฏิบัติการ (Project Manager) ในไบแพม และยังคงทำงานด้านการจัดการทั้งด้าน commercial และศิลปะวัฒนธรรมควบคู่ไปกับงานแสดงที่เธอรักอย่างต่อเนื่อง
