Synopsis
After the estranged son and his rejected mother reunite, they travel to Malaysia to visit their last remaining relatives. In order to celebrate Hari Raya festival and gather the remaining fragments of their family, piece by piece.
เมื่อชายหนุ่มและผู้เป็นแม่กลับมาอยู่ด้วยกัน
ทั้งคู่เริ่มมีความหวังที่จะมีครอบครัวอันแสนสุขอีกครั้ง
พวกเขาจึงเดินทางออกจากกรุงเทพฯ สู่ประเทศมาเลเซีย
เพื่อร่วมฉลองเทศกาลฮารีรายอ พร้อมญาติกลุ่มสุดท้ายในชีวิต
และประกอบเศษซากของครอบครัวนี้ขึ้นมาใหม่...
Hari Raya: the unwritten scenes of a family reunion, developed by A Theater Unit, played as a reading theatre in Bangkok Theatre Festival 14th 2017 in order to funding the donation to the refugees.

Nasrey is a Thai-Muslim theatrical artist, director and playwright. He graduated from faculty of journalism and mass communication, major cinematography, Thammasat university. He is a co-founder of A Theater Unit and the director and co-writer of “Where is Songpol?” the first piece of the company, which won the best original script of the Bangkok Theatre Festival Award 2013 by the International Association of Theatre Critics Thailand (IACT).
ศิลปินละครเวทีไทยมุสลิม ผู้กํากับและนักเขียนบทอิสระ
จบการศึกษาจากคณะวารศาสตร์และสื่อสารมวลชน เอกภาพยนตร์และภาพถ่าย
มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ก่อตั้งกลุ่มละคร A Theartre Unit กับผลงานแรก
“ทรงพลอยู่ไหน” ในฐานะผู้กํากับและ ร่วมเขียนบท
ซึ่งได้รับรางวัลบทละครดั้งเดิมยอดเยี่ยมในเทศกาลละครกรุงเทพครั้งที่ 11
จากชมรมวิจารณ์ศิลปะการแสดง (IACT Thailand)
“I was born in the Thai-Muslim family, combined between Thai-Muslim in Bangkok and Melayu in three southern border provinces of Thailand. Many times, I want to exibit the variety of cultures, I experienced, through my works. Then I realized that the more I grew up, the more complex stories I faced. When I stepped aside from the position I am, I saw the unexpectedly sensible real story. I want to communicate and publicize this story as a memorial of the involved people”

“ผมเกิดในครอบครัวไทยมุสลิม
ที่มีส่วนผสมของมุสลิมไทยกรุงเทพและชาวนายูในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
ความหลากวัฒนธรรมที่ได้ประสบ ผมอยากจะถ่ายทอดในงานเล่าเรื่องหลายครั้ง
ยิ่งโตก็ยิ่งพบกับเหตุการณ์เรื่องราวและประเด็นที่เกี่ยวพันกันมากยิ่งขึ้น
เมื่อผมถอยมาก้าวนึงจากตัวละครที่ผมเป็น
ผมก็เห็นละครเรื่องที่ผมไม่เคยคิดว่ามันจะจริงและสัมผัสได้
ผมจึงอยากลองถ่ายทอดและมอบมันไว้เป็นอนุสรณ์กลายๆ
แก่บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง”
