BIPAM 2018 is organizing table meetings and we’re looking for table hosts! If you are keen to share your projects, ideas, concerns, or questions with BIPAM 2018 participants, Table Meetings is a great way to get the conversation started!
How it works: Table Meetings will take place on Friday, November 16th 13:00 - 17:30 hrs. Each table meeting host has up to 30 minutes, then there is a 15-minute interval to reset the table before the next host begins their topic. There can be up to 5 table meetings happening simultaneously in one time slot, and the participants are free to drop in and out of each table as they wish.

Title and brief description of topic
Table Meeting PR photo AND/OR meeting host’s photo and profile
Closing on Sunday, November 4th!
All table meeting hosts are required to hold individual BIPAM PASSes
For each meeting, BIPAM provides a meeting table and ten chairs for audience, and assistance in the administrative aspects of assigning the tables, announcements and publication of the detailed schedule in BIPAM 2018’s program. However, BIPAM does not provide financial support to table meeting hosts.
เปิดโต๊ะพูดคุย (Table Meeting) ใน BIPAM 2018
BIPAM เปิดช่วง Table Meeting ให้คุณจองโต๊ะเพื่อเสนอความคิด โครงการ หรือพูดคุย แลกเปลี่ยน ถามคำถาม และเสวนากับผู้เข้าร่วม BIPAM 2018 ได้แบบสบายๆ โดยไม่จำกัดหัวข้อ
วิธีดำเนินการช่วง Table Meeting: คุณสามารถเลือกเปิดโต๊ะได้ในวันศุกร์ที่ 16 พฤศจิกายน ตั้งแต่เวลา 13:00 - 17:30 น. แต่ละหัวข้อจะมีเวลาไม่เกิน 30 นาทีในการพูดคุย และจะมีเวลา 15 นาทีเพื่อเตรียมโต๊ะสำหรับหัวข้อของผู้เปิดโต๊ะคนต่อไป ในแต่ละช่วงเวลาจะมีโต๊ะพูดคุยเกิดขึ้นพร้อม ๆ กันได้ถึง 5 โต๊ะ และผู้เข้าฟังจะสามารถเลือกเข้าฟังโต๊ะใดเมื่อใดก็ได้ตามอัธยาศัย

BIPAM รับผิดชอบด้านการจัดการสถานที่และอุปกรณ์พื้นฐาน คือ โต๊ะ 1 ตัวต่อเก้าอี้จำนวน 10 ตัว การประกาศรับสมัครผู้เข้าร่วม และการประชาสัมพันธ์ตาราง Table Meeting อย่างไรก็ดี BIPAM ไม่มีการสนับสนุนเป็นจำนวนเงิน/ค่าใช้จ่ายให้แก่ผู้เปิดโต๊ะ Table Meeting
