Theater without management is like performing without an artistic element. Management in theater companies in the modern era is even more important, but the problem in Indonesian groups is that many theaters have traditional group systems or a name that is "Nyantri". So how do you build a managerial treatment for group theater?
About the speaker
Iqbal Samudra
is one of the founders of Kelompok Pojok, the first chairman of the group, and he is also the current general chairman of the organization. His experience in the theater began when he was in 97 High School Jakarta and joined with eksrakurikuler with Teater Topeng. After graduating from high school, he continued his theater studies along with two senior groups in Bulungan, South Jakarta, Kelompok Siluet and the Tetas Theater.
Among his achievements are FTS 2012 Best Director, FTS 2012 Nominee of Best Script Writer, FTS 2013 Nominated Best Director, Nominated Best Director of FTJS 2012 and 2017, Nominated best director of the national youth theater festival in 2013 and also the best director in the dramakala fest event in 2016.
