We’re looking for table meeting hosts! If you are keen to share your projects, ideas, concerns, or questions with BIPAM 2019 participants, Table Meetings are a great way to get the conversation started. Enjoy 30 minutes with any topic of your interest!
หากคุณต้องการแบ่งปัน แชร์ผลงาน โครงการ ไอเดีย ปัญหา หรือคำถามต่าง ๆ ที่คุณมีกับผู้ร่วมงานไบแพมในปี 2019 นี้ รีบคว้าโอกาส 30 นาทีนี้ไว้ แล้วจองโต๊ะเพื่อพูดคุยเกี่ยวกับหัวข้อที่คุณสนใจได้เลย!
The Table Meetings will be held on 18th October, 2019 from 15:00 - 17:00 at the Library Foyer (L Floor), Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC).
Table Meetings ในปีนี้ จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2562 เวลา 15:00 น. - 17.00 น. ณ โถงหน้าห้องสมุด (ชั้น L) หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร
Conditions:
1. Each slot will be exactly 30 minutes. Speakers are requested to leave the table on time so the next speaker can prepare for their discussion.
2. The Table Meetings are set up in an open area of the BACC building without partitions or an enclosed space for each table (see photo below).
3. BIPAM will provide 1 table and 2 chairs for speakers, and 10 chairs for participants of each Table Meeting.
4. To reserve your table, please fill in the form (one form per slot), and we will contact you to confirm your request.
5. This call is on a first-come-first-serve basis. The call ends once all the slots are booked.
เงื่อนไข :
1. แต่ละโต๊ะ (Slot) มีเวลา 30 นาที ผู้นำพูดคุยจะต้องรักษาเวลาและจบการพูดคุยให้ตรงเวลา เพื่อให้ผู้นำโต๊ะถัดไปมีเวลาเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการพูดคุยลำดับต่อไป
2. Table Meetings จะเกิดขึ้นในบริเวณพื้นที่เปิดของหอศิลป์ฯ โดยไม่มีการกั้นหรือแบ่งห้องเป็นส่วนตัวสำหรับโต๊ะใดโต๊ะหนึ่ง (สถานที่ตามภาพด้านล่าง)
3. ไบแพมจะเตรียมโต๊ะ 1 ตัว เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว สำหรับผู้นำการพูดคุย และเก้าอี้ 10 ตัว สำหรับผู้ร่วมฟังใน 1 โต๊ะ
4. กรุณากรอกแบบฟอร์มจองโต๊ะ 1 ฟอร์มต่อ 1 หัวข้อพูดคุย ไบแพมจะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันการจองโต๊ะของท่าน
5. ระบบการจองโต๊ะเป็นแบบ 'มาก่อนได้ก่อน' ระบบจะปิดเมื่อทุกโต๊ะเต็ม
